Year-to-date after 11 months, the total market in the channel is up 9.33% vs. 2012, with comics up 11.09% and graphic novels up 5.55%.
Marvel had the top market share in comic stores by a nose, with a 29.97% share vs. DC’s 29.24% share. Image had another strong month, with an 8.67% share. IDW had a 6.69% share and Dark Horse had a 6.11 % share, making five publishers with share above 6%.
The latest chapter of "Zero Year" in Batman #25 was the top comic and The Walking Dead Vol. 19 was the top graphic novel in November.
