Roaring Studios has announced that it has licensed the rights to produce Dragonlance comics, and that its first release will be based on Richard Knaak's Legend of Huma, a New York Times bestselling novel. Brian Augustyn, Mike S. Miller, and Alvaro Rio will be the creative team on the series. Knaak and Dragonlance creator Margaret Weis will serve as 'thematic consultants' on the project. Jeff Easley and Larry Elmore will contribute covers. The is the second literary license for Roaring. It's also planning a series based on George R. R. Martin's The Hedge Knight novella. Roaring comics are published by Image.
