Bonfire Agency is spinning off its ComicsUnited Ad Media Network into a separate entity, to be called Geek Riot Media. Kris Longo, who’s been running the network for the last two years (see “Kris Longo Joins Bonfire Agency”), will be President of Geek Riot, and continue as VP-Business development of Bonfire.
The new company will continue to sell a 16+ ad network with over one million circulation in titles from Aspen MLT, BOOM!, Dynamite, IDW, Skybound, Top Cow, and Zenescope; and an all ages network with over 500,000 circulation in titles from Archie, IDW, KaBOOM!, and Action Lab. The company also offers programs including digital brands Hero Complex, Geek Magazine, and Den of Geek; and sponsorships with Red Giant and Bottled Lightning.
