'ASM' #1 Generated Over $3 Million
From Over 532,000 Copies

Over 500,000 'Amazing Spider-Man' #1"). That puts the total dollars generated by this title at over $3.19 million, nearly double the dollars from Amazing Spider-Man #700, at $1.6 million, and a record for any title since the 90s.
Since these numbers, because of the way they’re calculated, do not include sales through Diamond UK, the total print run for the book probably approached 600,000.
Superior Spider-Man #31 generated over $811,000, from sales of 135,484 at the same up-price of $5.99.
There were three comic titles over 100,000 in April, the first time there’s been over one title at that level in 2014.
Sex Criminals Vol. 1 topped 10,000 copies in its launch month, an impressive performance for a new title with a somewhat risqué title. It bested East of West, the new Image series that launched with 9,258 copies last September. The second volume of East of West came in at 8,196 copies, less than the first volume, but undoubtedly destined to build on that in the coming months. East of West Vol. 1 has now doubled its initial sales in the six months since it launched, with over 18,701 sold through Diamond Comic Distributors to North American retailers.
And speaking of hot-selling Image collections, Saga Vol. 3 sold nearly 10,000 copies in its second month and has now topped 31,000 copies in its first two months of sales.
