A new (Japanese) trailer for Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal, the new series for the venerable Sailor Moon franchise, has been released. The new anime is premiering worldwide on July 5 (see “New ‘Sailor Moon’ Debut Set”). Recently Crunchyroll confirmed that it will be streaming the anime here beginning at the same time (6 a.m. ET) as the episode airs in Japan.
Viz has the DTO and home media rights to the new anime (see “Viz Gets ‘Sailor Moon’ Anime”). Kodansha has the Sailor Moon manga, which has been doing well here.
