Warner Brothers has decided to go ahead with an additional 26-episode season of Mucha Lucha.  In addition to the new season a feature film is on the horizon for the flash-animated Mexican wrestling cartoon, and the Heart of Lucha DVD, a collection of episodes from the first season, will be released in August of this year.  Episodes from the Mucha Lucha's first season will also air on Cartoon Network next year.  Other products include the recently completed DC miniseries, a GameBoy Advance game due this winter, and a Playstation 2 title in 2004.

Mucha Lucha follows Rikochet, Buena Girl, and the Flea as they toil through a school where all the students are masked wrestlers.  According to Variety, the Saturday morning cartoon consistently lands in the top ten rankings with kids 6-11 and tweens 9-14.
