Roaring Studios, which currently appears to be going under the name DB Production, announced Tuesday that it was moving its comic book adaptation of George R.R. Martin's The Hedge Knight from Image to Devil's Due Publishing starting with issue #4. Only five weeks ago Roaring Studio told ICv2 that The Hedge Knight, which sold out its first issue from Image, would remain at Image, though Roaring Studio's Dragonlance comics were heading to Devil's Due (see 'Roaring Studio's Books Split Between Image and Devil's Due'). According to the latest press release, Devil's Due will be publishing issues #4-#6 of The Hedge Knight as well as the collected edition of issues #1-3. But Roaring Studios/DB Production is not leaving Image entirely, as Les Dabel announced in the press release, 'We plan to continue publishing our original books like Legacy through Image at this time.' However it does appear that DB's licensed titles such as The Hedge Knight, Dragonlance and future adaptations of works by Tad Williams, Raymond E. Feist, and Robert Silverberg will all be published by Devil's Due.
