Steve Niles, the master of the modern horror comic (30 Days of Night, Hyde, Aleister Arcane), is teaming up with Kieron Dwyer (Last of the Independents) to create Remains, a new horror series from IDW Publishing.  Set in Reno, Nevada, Remains is the story of a blackjack dealer and an exotic dancer who awaken from a drunken tryst to find that 'the world has been overrun by flesh-eating living dead.'  Will this saga of a sin-speckled Adam & Eve attempting to escape their slot machine and zombie filled Eden make it to the silver screen?  The chances are good that it will at the very least be optioned by a studio and join the growing legion of Niles' projects taken up by Hollywood producers (see 'Steve Niles Sells Another Comic to Hollywood').

IDW will publish Remains #1 in May as a full color, 32-page comic book with a cover price of $3.99.  Copies signed by Steve Niles will retail for $19.99.
