Sabertooth Games has announced the January release of a new base set, War of Attrition for WarCry; and Hope's Twilight, the first expansion for Dark Millenium: Warhammer 40K CCG. 

WarCry will celebrate its third anniversary in 2006 prompting Sabertooth to release War of Attrition, a new base set featuring over 350 of the greatest cards in WarCry history.  War of Attrition is a great 'jumping on' point for new players since, in addition to boosters, new starters will be offered for the first time since the launch of the game in 2003. 

Veteran WarCry enthusiasts will find many rare cards from older sets to round out their armies, and all of the rare cards are now printed on foil.  Starters are available in 10-count displays ($99.99), while Boosters are available in 24-count boxes ($78.96)

Sabertooth's other major release for January is Hope's Twilight, the first expansion for Dark Millenium, a new base set for the Warhammer 40K CCG launching this year (see 'Sabertooth Plans Dark Millenium').  Hope's Twilight introduces many new and exciting additions to the existing forces of the Imperium and its enemies including the revelation of a new Eldar Craftworld Kaelor.  Fans of hardcore gaming will be thrilled at the variety of new cards available in the new expansion.  Hope's Twilight Booster Packs will be packed 24 per display box ($78.96).
