The set will include over 100 cards, and focuses on the flying Dragon type Pokemon. There are 11 new Pokemon--EX in this release (Hydreigon-EX, Thundurus--EX) including 4 Mega Evolution Pokemon (Mega Rayquaza--EX, Mega Latios--EX, Mega Gallade). There are also new boost cards like Mega Turbo and Double Dragon Energy.
The Roaring Skies set release will also include Three-Pack Boosters, Theme Decks and Elite Trainer Boxes featuring Mega Rayquaza. The Three-Pack Boosters will include a foil promo card. The Trainer Boxes will include 8 Roaring Skies Booster Packs, 65 card sleeves featuring Mega Rayquaza, 45 Energy cards, a player’s guide, a coin-flip die, 6 damage-counter dice, two acrylic condition markers, and four dividers.
These releases will follow the Pokemon TCG: XY Trainer Kit and Flygon--EX Box in April (see "'Pokemon 'XY Trainer Kit' and 'Flygon--EX' Box").
