Asmodee will release Marc Andre’s Barony and the family game Ultimate Warriors in June.

Andre’s Splendor was nominated for several awards, including the prestigious Spiel des Jahres (see “2014 'Spiel des Jahres' Nominations”).  Barony is an area control game which has players take the role of one of four influential families vying for power and influence.  Backed by an army of knights, players must find the most rich and fertile lands, colonize them, and defend them from opponents. Players must also gain status amongst the nobility to hopefully ascend to the throne.

The game is for 2-4 players, ages 14 and up, and plays in 45 minutes. MSRP is $49.99.

The family game Ultimate Warrorz has players take the role of Warriorz from different fantasy tribes, who are competing to become chief of the legendary End of the World Island.  Each character has a secret technique and magical items at their disposal.  Players can choose to team up, or engage in an all out brawl.

The game is for 2-8 players, ages 8 and up, and plays in 30 minutes.  MSRP is $39.99.
