The second Marvel Comics-based Netflix series, Jessica Jones, will debut in the fourth quarter of 2015, most likely in either November or December. Anticipation for the Jessica Jones series is high because of the enormous success of the Netflix Daredevil series, which scored an amazing 98% positive rating on review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes with 40 of 41 reviewers giving the series a big "thumbs up" (see "Elodie Yung to Play Elektra").
IGN reports that at the Television Critics Association press event Netflix confirmed that the 13-episode Jessica Jones series will debut in Q4. All 13 episodes of the series, which stars Kristen Ritter (see "Netflix Series Has Its Jessica Jones") will be available on the day that it debuts.
