In Mistfall, up to four players work together to confront and defeat an evil nemesis before the time runs out.  Each hero begins the game as a fixed deck of equipment and power cards.  As they travel through the randomly-generated map, the heroes will explore mysterious locations, and confront randomized monsters that lurk within.  Heroes can gather advantages and develop improved abilities as they move across the map, which are then added to the character decks.

The box includes: 4 hero charters, 16 location tiles, 268 game cards, 116 game tokens, 7 wooden markers, a quest charter, game rules, and a quest guide.  The game is for 1 - 4 players, ages 14 and up, and takes about 2 hours to play.  MSRP is $65.00.

NSKN Games funded Mistfall through a Kickstarter campaign in April which collected $134,348 from 2,489 backers.

Passport released an expansion for another NSKN-developed game, Exodus:  Proxima Centauri, at Gen Con earlier this month (see “Bruno Faidutti’s ‘Warehouse 51,’ ‘Pocket Imperium,’ ‘Exodus’ Expansion”).
