Paizo is teaming up with Frog God Games to release the Borderland Provinces campaign setting in a massive five-book release due out this March.

The Borderland Provinces is a retro-inspired RPG-setting designed by Matthew J. Finch (Swords & Wizardry) that takes place in the wake of a receding grand empire giving way to an uprising of the forces of Chaos. All of the Borderland Provinces setting are available in versions compatible with Pathfinder RPG, Dungeons & Dragons 5E, or Swords & Wizardry.

The Lost Lands: Borderland Provinces is a hardcover book that contains the history, geography, and culture of the setting. Included are maps, encounter tables, areas for high adventure, and innumerable opportunities to create plot for a Borderland Provinces campaign. MSRP is $35.00.

Adventures in the Borderland Provinces is a hardcover book with seven stand-alone adventures that are usable in a Lost Lands campaign (or adaptable to any campaign setting) for each of the three RPGs that Borderland Provinces is compatible with. MSRP is $35.00.

The Borderland Provinces Journey Generator is a resource book for generating plots and adventures in the Lost Lands campaign. This is a great resource for any GM who likes to run so-called "sandbox" campaigns, which allow players free reign to travel anywhere in the campaign setting. This softcover book has an MSRP of $10.00.

The Borderland Provinces Players Guide is a softcover introduction to the Lost Lands campaign setting. The book is presented as a series of letters telling tell of ill-fated expedition across the Borderlands. It provides an excellent and riveting introduction to the setting. MSRP is $10.00.

Finally, the Borderland Provinces Players Gazette is a softcover book that delves into the details of the story world. It is an excellent reference to the setting, both from the areas of wilderness lost to Chaos as well as outposts and towns. MSRP is $15.00.

Also out from Paizo in March is the English-language version of the German RPG The Dark Eye (see "Best-selling German RPG Gets English Edition").
