In the game, the Hong Kong Police and the Triad crime syndicates both have learned that there are traitors in their midst. Each player might find their own loyalty changes in the course of the game. The winner is the first team that reveals the identity of the infiltrators from the opposing team, despite not knowing who is truly loyal.
