Dark Horse has announced a new mind-altering original graphic novel from Douglas Rushkoff: Aleister & Adolf.

Media theorist and documentarian Douglas Rushkoff will write, with art by Michael Avon Oeming (The Victories, Powers). The tale will be a distorted view of historical events, told through a psychedelic occult lens.

Rushkoff has written over a dozen books, including Present Shock, about media, technology, and culture.  He was named one of the world's ten most influential thinkers by M.I.T.

In the story, infamous occultist Aleister Crowley develops a powerful and dangerous new weapon to defend the world against Adolf Hitler’s war machine, which launches a whole new form of fighting, one where the intangible arsenals of symbols and ideas are the weapons.

The 88-page OGN has an MSRP of $19.95. Release is planned for November 2.
