Marvel Comics has announced plans for in-store Civil War II launch parties, with exclusive items including Michael Cho lithographs and build-your-own Captain Marvel figure pieces.

Civil War II launches on June 1 (see “Marvel's 'Civil War II' Announcement Round-Up”), and Marvel is offering a Party Kit which includes promotional postcards, an exclusive lithograph by Michael Cho, a limited edition Gwenpool Party Sketch variant by Yasmine Putri, piece #1 of a build-your-own Captain Marvel figure, and other promotional materials.

The battle lines are drawn, and the heroes of the Marvel Universe are faced with a choice: wield the power of “predictive justice” to attempt to change the future, or reject acting on the mutant’s power and allow tomorrow to unfold naturally. Everyone must choose a side.

Retailers may opt-in until April 18.
