Lincoln Peirce’s Big Nate is celebrating its 25th Anniversary this fall  with a nearly 500 page collection.: Epic Big Nate. The Amp! Comics for Kids imprint will release the collection on October 25.

The collection will include an exclusive Q&A with Diary of a Wimpy Kid author Jeff Kinney, which will share how the graphic novels and cartoons made the series into the success it is today. Peirce will share images, anecdotes, and a behind-the-scenes look at Big Nate: The Musical.  Information on the world record-holding longest team comic strip which was covered by the Today show is included and a large selection of cartoons will be presented in chronological order to show how the character has changed over the years.  

The 472-page, 11.125” x 10” hardcover slipcased edition will be MSRP $50.00.

The latest Big Nate adventure, Big Nate: Revenge of the Cream Puffs, will release on September 6.  Nate’s baseball team is saddled with the most embarrassing name in Little League history, and everyone makes fun of them.
