Comic-Con News: Dark Horse Comics has announced the October debut of Serenity: No Power in the Verse, the newest Serenity series based on Joss Whedon’s groundbreaking (and sadly short-lived) TV series Firefly. Written by Chris Roberson (iZombie, Witchfinder) and illustrated by Georges Jeanty (Buffy Seasons 8 & 9, Serenity: Leaves on the Wind), Serenity: No Power in the Verse will be a six-issue series that finds Captain Mal Reynolds and his crew suffering through difficult times, which are complicated by a request to help find a missing friend.
