Unusual Suspects is a cooperative game where one player takes the role of the witness and the rest of the players act as detectives. The detectives are looking for a suspect, but to narrow down the list they can only ask ‘yes’ or ‘no’ questions, and nothing can be asked about physical appearance.
Each round the detectives will flip over a question card, hoping to gain more information about the correct suspect. Can the detectives decipher the clues and narrow the subject pool down to a guilty party?
The game is for 3 to 16 players, ages 14 and up, and plays in 20 minutes. MSRP is $29.99.
Looterz has players racing to collect the most loot possible by recruiting a team of skilled looterz. A player’s loot is never safe though, since some of the looterz have the ability to steal from other players. Each turn involves four phases: Recruitment, Looter Activation, Recruitment, and Sacrifice. On recruitment phases, a player can draw a card from the deck or play a Looter card from their hand. Players can then activate the Looter(z) in any order they choose. After the activation phase they must discard down to three Looterz in play. Looting itself is resolved by dice rolls. The number of hearts on a Looter card indicates the number of dice the player may roll. The game ends when one player reaches the target amount of loot.
The game is for 2 – 6 players. MSRP is $24.99.
