Recurring Nightmares and Suppressed Memories will be the first two expansions for Fantasy Flight’s new Mansions of Madness Second Edition.  Both Figure and Tile Collections will release in Q4.

Both expansions include plastic figures and board tiles from the first edition of the game.  Recurring Nightmares features materials from the original core game while Suppressed Memories has components from the Call of the Wild and Forbidden Alchemy expansions.  In addition, each expansion offers a new scenario for the Second Edition.  The expansions are MSRP $49.95 each.

Players who have the first edition materials already will not need to purchase the new expansions. Using the Mansions of Madness Second Edition Conversion Kit, they can use the materials from the first edition in their Second Edition games, and will get access to the new scenarios when they are released in the fall.

In addition, Fantasy Flight is offering the last set of four Arkham Horror Premium Painted Miniatures.  Compatible with Arkham Horror, Eldritch Horror, and Mansions of Madness, these pre-painted versions of FFG’s figures are mounted on the same bases as the figures that come in the Mansions of Madness games.  The last four minis in the series includes the Deep One Hybrid, Priest of Dagon, Star Spawn, and Barnabas Marsh.  MSRP has not been announced.

The first edition of Mansions of Madness was released in late 2010 (see “‘Mansions of Madness’”).
