DC Comics will launch the Justice League vs. Suicide Squad miniseries in December.

The series will be written by Joshua Williamson (The Flash), with art by Jason Fabok (Justice League, Detective Comics). According to the WSJ, the series will be six issues, two releasing in December and four releasing in January. The series will tied into Suicide Squad #9 and #10, as well as Justice League #12 and #13.

Batman learns of the existence of Amanda Waller’s Task Force X, and questions the need for such an organization when the Justice League exists.  The storyline will explore the ideas of redemption and corruption, and eventually the two teams will be forced to unite to defeat a common foe.
