On April 14, Bushiroad will release Raging Clash of the Blade Fangs, a new Cardfight!!  Vanguard G Booster Pack expansion that follows the storyline of the Cardfight!!  Vanguard G NEXT animated series.

Raging Clash of the Blade Fangs features new trump cards used by the heroes and villains of the animated series in the First Stage of the Under 20 Championship episodes.  The set includes cards designed to work well with Ritual of Dragon Sorcery, Divine Knight, and Flower Princess Trial Decks.

The entire set will include 104 cards, with 101 new cards and 3 reissued cards, of the following rarities:  2 GR, 8 RRR, 12 RR, 22 R, 60 C, 12 parallel SP, and 2 parallel SGR, along with the 4 Special Reissue cards, not counting the 15 SP cards from the Clan Packs.  Each 5-card pack will include one R or higher rarity card.

In addition, special SP Clan Packs will be randomly inserted into some displays.

As an incentive for pre-orders, each carton will include 80 Special Critical Trigger Packs, each with one RR critical trigger card.  Customers who purchase six boosters are eligible to receive one of these promotional items.

To celebrate the new release, Bushiroad is planning sneak preview events for the weekend of April 7 - 9.  There will be a new format for this event, with event organizers having a choice between draft or sealed format tournaments.  The Raging Clash of the Blade Fangs Sneak Preview Kit will be available.  Each kit has 55 boosters, 9 rainbow foil promo cards, and 2 rubber playmats, enough materials for up to eight players in the new event format.

Raging Clash of the Blade Fangs will release about three weeks after We Are!!!  Trinity Dragon (see “‘We Are!!!  Trinity Dragon’”).
