Star Wars: The Screaming Citadel will be written by Jason Aaron (Star Wars) and Kieron Gillen (Star Wars: Doctor Aphra). The crossover finds Luke Skywalker teaming with Doctor Aphra, who offers Luke information crucial to his quest to become a Jedi.

Aaron and Gillen previously joined forces for the top-selling Star Wars: Vader Down crossover, which ran over six issues (see “Top 300 Comics Actual--November 2015”).

Marvel announced the following titles in the crossover, for release on unspecified dates in May:
