John Cashman of Cashman's in Bay City, Michigan, saw our coverage of Viz's exclusive Bleach merchandise program for Hot Topics and Borders Group stores (see 'Viz Media's Bleach Merchandising Program'), and isn't happy about it:

Once again the smaller, non-chain comic stores (like Cashman's Comics in Bay City,Michigan) that helped make the manga and comic industry what it is today are forgotten by another company that we help build up (like Viz, or Wizard, and the list goes on). 

Thanks for nothing, Viz.  I will encourage my patrons and libraries that I work with to buy more Tokyopop titles.
