Opening an account:

A retail certificate is required to open a wholesale account. First time wholesale customers cannot use a credit card, but shipment can be sent C.O.D. Short form application for accounts wishing to order only occasional C.O.D. shipments available. Standard credit terms are net 30 days and maximum credit terms vary.

Communication methods:

A semi-annual catalogue is produced. Downloads from website available. E-mail and mass faxes also used. Advertisements taken out in trade magazines and field reps used.

Advance orders and reorders accepted through various methods. Orders can be placed through the mail, phone, fax, e-mail, mail-in disks, and web orders (shopping cart).

Orders are shipped out as new product accumulates. Backlist orders can be shipped the same day if in stock -- order cut-off is 11am (CST). Next day shipments are also available -- order cut-off is 5pm (CST). Backlist and advance orders can be combined when shipping.  Backorders allowed and special orders for items not normally stocked are also accepted.

Returns accepted for damages and mistakes. Unsold, undamaged inventory returnable subject to limitations.
