Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has shared a trailer for its second DC Entertainment Batman Unlimited Original Video Animation release, Monster Mayhem, which arrives in August.

Set during Halloween in Gotham, Scarecrow, Clayface, Solomon Grundy and Silver Banshee join forces to keep Batman, Green Arrow, Cyborg, Nightwing and Red Robin busy while The Joker readies a computer virus to control all technology in the city.

The film will be available from Warner Bros. Home Entertainment on DVD and as a Blu-ray Combo Pack on August 18. Digital HD release will arrive on August 4.

The first Batman Unlimited OVA, Animal Instincts released in May. DC Entertainment is releasing the OVAs, as well as digital Batman Unlimited shorts as part of the marketing program tied to Mattel’s Batman Unlimited toy line (see “DC Plans 'Batman Unlimited' and 'Super Friends' OVAs, Shorts”).
