Windrow has more than 25 years of experience in global entertainment and consumer products in both the traditional and interactive publishing businesses. She was most recently Managing Director at Bulldog Licensing, where she managed the strategic merchandising program for Garfield, Sindy, and Shoot Magazine. Prior to that she was Vice President, Licensing at A2 Entertainment, which creates, develops, produces, and distributes children’s content across multiple channels. At a previous job for 4 Kids Entertainment, she oversaw strategy and business planning for the $1 Billion Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles brand in the global marketplace.
