IDW Publishing announced the hiring of Laurie Windrow as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing. In her new role, Windrow will develop and manage a strategic roadmap for sales and marketing efforts across the company’s publishing, games and entertainment divisions.

Windrow has more than 25 years of experience in global entertainment and consumer products in both the traditional and interactive publishing businesses. She was most recently Managing Director at Bulldog Licensing, where she managed the strategic merchandising program for Garfield, Sindy, and Shoot Magazine. Prior to that she was Vice President, Licensing at A2 Entertainment, which creates, develops, produces, and distributes children’s content across multiple channels. At a previous job for 4 Kids Entertainment, she oversaw strategy and business planning for the $1 Billion Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles brand in the global marketplace.
