Riri Williams will be known as Ironheart when she takes up the Iron Man mantel in Invincible Iron Man #1 this November.

Last month Riri’s new role was announced (see “Black Female Iron Man Suits Up”). Now Wired has revealed she will officially step into the role of Iron Heart in Invincible Iron Man #1 written by Brian Michael Bendis and drawn by Stefano Caselli.  The new #1 will be the official transition of Riri’s superhero exploits blessed by Tony Stark.
