Iron Fist showrunner Scott Buck is moving into another Marvel universe at the helm of ABC and IMAX’s The Inhumans, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Buck, who has been running Netflix’s fourth Marvel series, Iron Fist (see “Showrunner Set for 'Iron Fist'”), will oversee The Inhumans, which focuses on super-powered monarch Black Bolt and the royal family. The series marks IMAX’s first foray into television and ABC’s third Marvel series, after Agents of SHIELD and Agent Carter.

Buck previously served as showrunner for the final season of Dexter (Showtime), and worked on the shows Rome (HBO), and Six Feet Under (HBO).

The first two episodes of The Inhumans will run for two weeks starting on Labor Day 2017. The show will debut on ABC in September (see “IMAX, ABC, Marvel Collaborate on New 'Inhumans' TV Series”). Aside from the current Inhumans Vs. X-Men event (see "'Inhumans Vs. X-Men'"), Marvel has a number of Inhumans releases scheduled for 2017 that should raise the profile of the characters before the series debuts (see “Everything's Coming Up Inhumans”)
