After more than a year out of print, Flying Buffalo’s hard-cover edition of Tunnels & Trolls will be back on March 31.

Created by Ken St. Andre in 1975, Tunnels & Trolls is, according to its publisher, the second-oldest role playing game in the world.  In 2015, the Deluxe Tunnels & Trolls hardcover edition was first released, selling out in less than a year.  Now Flying Buffalo is reprinting Deluxe Tunnels & Trolls in response to increased demand.

The book will be 385 pages, and includes all of the rules needed to play the game both as a solitaire and group experience.  It also features background information and additional material about the fantasy worlds created by St. Andre in the 1970’s, with an “Elaborations” section of optional rules, 16 pages of full color maps, and a 50-page description of St. Andre’s Trollworld.  A complete solo adventure and a GM-run group adventure round out the text.

MSRP is $59.95.

Flying Buffalo will also soon release T&T Adventures Japan, featuring material originally published for the game in Japan (see “ ‘Tunnels & Trolls’ Goes Manga-Style in ‘T&T Adventures Japan’”).
