The Resistance will split off from the original Rebel Alliance for the first time with four expansion sets:
The Resistance Conversion Kit comes with more than 100 cards as well as maneuver dials that allow players to use older models such as the T-70 X-wing, YT-1300, and Resistance Bomber in the new Second Edition. This set includes characters from the most recent films, including Finn, Rose Tico, Poe Dameron, and Rey. MSRP is $29.95.The first Resistance ship for Second Edition will be the T-70 X-wing Expansion Pack, which includes one pre-painted model of the iconic starfighter plus all of the cards, dials, and tokens required to use it in the game. MSRP is $19.95.
The RZ-2 A-Wing Expansion Pack also features one pre-painted model, cards, tokens, and dials, this time featuring the speedy and maneuverable A-Wing. MSRP is $19.95.
Rounding out the Resistance expansions is the Resistance Maneuver Dial Upgrade Kit, which comes with three molded plastic ship dial protectors that players can use to hold their ship dials. MSRP is $9.95.
Not to be left out, the First Order will also feature in three expansion sets:
The First Order Conversion Kit includes everything players need to bring their existing models into the Second Edition, using the First Order as a separate faction from the former Galactic Empire. The kit comes with more than 100 cards, plus tokens and ship dials, and features famed pilots like Kylo Ren, Major Stridan, and “Backdraft.” MSRP is $29.95.Taking the lead in the First Order’s campaign to reunite the galaxy is the TIE/FO Fighter Expansion Pack, with one pre-painted model and the cards, tokens, and dials needed for the game. MSRP is $19.95.
Players can express their loyalty to the First Order with the First Order Maneuver Dial Upgrade Kit, featuring three molded plastic ship dial protectors to hold their ship dials. MSRP is $9.95.
