With what will likely be substantially reduced trick-or-treating for Halloween in the COVID era, Diamond Comic Distributors has substantially adapted Halloween ComicFest, an in-store event that normally includes special full-size comics produced especially for the event, as well as packs of mini-comics, which can be used instead of candy for trick-or-treaters (see "Diamond Announces Full Halloween ComicFest 2019 Lineup").

This year, Halloween ComicFest will include a range of previously or currently solicited limited collectible figures now designated for sale at the event, but no comics.  The event will take place at comic stores on Saturday, October 31.
