Wizards of Coast unveiled Secret Lair: Smitten Superdrop, a direct sale set for Magic: The Gathering, which will be on preorder from February 12 to February 21.

This latest Superdrop (see "Wizards of the Coast Announces a 'Magic: The Gathering' 'Secretversary' Superdrop") features sets of cards with art that is centered around a distinct Valentine's Day theme. The release features the following sets:

  • Faerie, Faerie, Faerie Rad is a set featuring art by Maria Abagnale, Jen Bartel (see "Preview: 'Women's History Month' Variant Cover by Jen Bartel"), Rian Gonzales (see "Marvel Taps Kieron Gillen and Esad Ribic to Reboot 'Eternals'"), and Maria Poliakova. The set is only available in foil, and comes with a foil borderless alternate-art Glen Elendra Archmage, a foil borderless alternate-art Mistbind Clique, a foil borderless alternate-art Spellstutter Sprite, and a foil borderless alternate-art Vendilion Clique. It retails for $39.99.
  • The Unfathomable Crushing Brutality of Basic Lands is an alternate art basic land set that is available in foil and non-foil.  It comes with a full-art Plains, a full-art Island, a full-art Swamp, a full-art Mountain, and a full-art Forest in non-foil for $29.99 and foil for $39.99.
  • Valentine's Day 2021 is a love-themed stylized set of cards with art by Brandi Milne. It is available in non-foil in $29.99 and foil for $39.99, and comes with a borderless Boros Charm, a borderless Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, a borderless Goblin Rabblemaster, a borderless Heliod, Sun-Crowned, a borderless Monastery Swiftspear, and a Goblin token.
  • Showcase: Kaldheim – Part 1 is available in non-foil for $24.99 and for foil $34.99. It comes with Kaldheim Showcase versions of a Frost Titan, a Primeval Titan, and the ever-popular Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath.
  • Showcase: Kaldheim – Part 2 is available in non-foil for $29.99 and foil for $39.99. This set comes with Kaldheim Showcase versions of Grave Titan, Inferno Titan, and Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger.
