The protocols for the four shows vary according to the regulations of the states in which they are held.
All attendees at Florida Supercon will be required to wear a face covering, whether or not they are vaccinated.
For New York Comic Con, everyone over the age of 12 must show proof that they are fully vaccinated in order to enter the Javits Center, where the convention will be held. Attendees under the age of 12 must show evidence of a negative COVID-19 test taken prior to the event (either a rapid antigen test taken within the past 6 hours or a lab PCR test taken within the past 72 hours). All attendees, staff, and participants must also wear a face covering, except when eating or drinking while sitting down.
For C2E2 and Emerald City Comic Con, all attendees and participants will be required to show either proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test in order to enter.
Proof of vaccination or a negative test will also be required for entry to Pax West, another Reed show which takes place over Labor Day weekend (see “Pax West Requires Vax Proof or Negative Test”). Other health and safety protocols have already been announced for all ReedPop shows (see "Fall ReedPop Shows Will Run at Reduced Capacity").
