In this game, players are off exploring the world while Charles Darwin is writing On the Origins of Species. Their task is to gather new information about animal life from continents he has barely explored. As junior naturalists, players will study animals, carry out cartographic surveys, publish their findings, and develop theories. The goal of the game is to score more victory points than their opponents to become the naturalist that contributed the most to Darwin's masterwork.

This game is for two to five players, ages 8 and up, and plays in 30 minutes. It will retail for $39.99.

Hachette Boardgames USA will also release Vivarium, a set-collection game from Studio H, into U.S. retail in Q2 2023 (see "'Vivarium'").
