WotC paused the collection of this data (see "Wizards That Was") to revise the process in which it does so based on the feedback of retailers. Thus, WPN Premium retailers will not be required to submit POS data beginning in January, and WotC does not have a timeline in which POS data collection will resume. The WPN Premium POS promos will still be provided to retailers, but WotC hasn't revealed the timing on the shipments of these promos.
