The Age of Annihilation Master Set for the Heroscape tabletop miniatures game is coming this August 2024.  This Master Set follows in the footsteps of its predecessors, offering players 20 new highly-detailed miniatures, 74 terrain tiles, 11 magical glyphs, customizable Laur wall terrain pieces, and 9 new scenarios to create hours of nail-biting gameplay.  The Master Set supports 2 players and scales up to 4 players with the addition of a Battle for Wellspring Battle Box or Master Set. 

The Age of Annihilation Master Set will introduce several key characters among the 20 characters included.  Chief among them is Raelin the Kyrie Warrior, who flies onto the battlefield on her Massive Winged War Lion.  Raelin has such a terrifying aura that opposing figures will roll one less defense die against all attacks!  Alongside Raelin is Loviatäk the Kyrie Warrior.  Loviatäk is a natural leader, and all followers of Utgar receive a movement bonus while she is in play.  Add to that Loviatäk’s brutal attack power that turns single hits into double hits, and you have a force to be reckoned with.

Towering above them both is Xenithrax the Vineweaver.  This huge dragon commands nature itself with the ability to spread vines across the battlefield to impede her opponents, as well as the ability to cause the earth surrounding her to erupt in a devastating attack.  But look closely; this servant of Aquila is anything but indestructible.

The Age of Annihilation Master Set to be released in August 2024, is for two players and plays in one to two hours.  There will also be a Premium Painted Edition debuting at the same time.  It includes the same contents as the standard edition, but with premium painted miniatures.  This Premium Painted Edition will not be available through distribution and can be ordered from the Renegade Retailer Store.  The Battle for All Time continues!  The gates are opening!  Will you be battle-ready?
