GW charged into the second half of the year by placing several Combat Patrols, featuring popular factions, onto preorder. The following four sets will head to preorder on July 27, 2025:

• Combat Patrol: Black Templars. The newest Black Templars force will be headed up by the Emperor's Champion. He will lead 3 Bladeguard Veterans, 5 Sword Brethren and 10 Crusaders into battle; the box also has two transfer sheets.
• Combat Patrol: Grey Knights. Led by Castellan Crowe, this force consists of a Strike Squad of 10, 5 Brotherhood Terminators, and a Venerable Dreadnought.
• Combat Patrol: Space Wolves. This boxed set features Askar's Wolfpack. It is led by Fyrri Askar, who commands 10 Blood Claws, 5 Wolf Guard Terminators and 5 Wulfen. This box also comes with a Space Wolves transfer sheet with 419 decals.
• Combat Patrol: Tyranid Assault Brood. The Assault Brood is led into battle by a Parasite of Mortrex. It has 3 Tyrant Guards, a Biovore, and 10 Genestealers in tow. 

Games Workshop also placed Spearhead: Fangs of the Blood God, a new Spearhead boxed set for Warhammer: Age of Sigmar, onto preorder (see "'Spearhead' Incoming").
