Spearhead: Fangs of the Blood God is led by the legendary Hound of Vengeance, Karanak, a hero-hunting monstrosity. The unit also includes 10 Flesh Hounds and 8 slayers known as the Claws of Karanak. Alongside the Spearhead unit, GW will also release a new Battletome: Blades of Khorne, which contains 06 pages of background lore, rules and warscrolls, battle traits, and battle formations. It also has new Spearhead rules, Regiments, Armies of Renown, and Path of Glory content. 

Games Workshop also recently revealed Spearhead: Akhelian Tide Guard, a new Warhammer: Age of Sigmar boxed set (see "'Warhammer: Age of Sigmar' 'Spearhead' Set").
