Newsarama is reporting that Marvel Editor-in-Chief Joe Quesada has decided against a 25 cent increase in the cover price of three low-selling titles, Captain Marvel , Black Panther , and Spider-Girl . Michael Doran of Newsarama quotes Quesada and Captain Marvel writer Peter David, who both indicate that Marvel will maintain current cover prices

The good news is that ToyBiz action figures are getting better and better thanks to new high tech imaging equipment and an increasing willingness to hire top sculptors, but the bad news is that the first wave of Spider-Man Movie Action Figures showed up in Wal-Mart (and reportedly, in Toys R Us) a month before other channels.
