New York Comic Con News: DC Digital has announced the December debut of Wonder Woman ’77, which will continue the legendary 1977-79 television series starring Lynda Carter in comic book form. New chapters will be added weekly and then collected in print graphic novel. The Wonder Woman ’77 comic will be written by Marc Andreyko with covers by Nicola Scott. Artists for the series will be announced over the next few weeks.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Wonder Woman ‘77 print collection will be released in 2015. Other digital comics announced at the NYCC by DC Digital include the January-launching Mortal Kombat X, which will be based on the new version of the videogame, and the December-debuting Fables: The Wolf Among Us, which adapts the Telltale Games videogame adaptation of Bill Willingham’s Vertigo comic Fables.
