Like its campaign for the first InuYasha movie DVD, InuYasha:  Affections Touching Across Time (see 'Viz Plans TV Campaign for InuYasha Movie'), Viz plans TV support for InuYasha The Movie 2:  The Castle Beyond the Looking Glass DVD, which will street December 28th in the U.S. and January 25th in Canada.  The TV spots will run the week of release.  Over 1100 storefronts will have floor displays for this product. 

 

Viz has sold one million InuYasha DVDs in the U.S. and Canada since the release of the first volume two years ago in October, 2002.  Twenty-eight different SKUs have been released since then:  23 volumes of the series, one movie, one box set, one box set limited edition, and two special packs.
