The June Top 20 is mostly manga and manhwa, and fans are showing loyalty for their favorite series. Topping the list for the second month in a row are Vol. 26 of Jujutsu Kaisen, and other May releases returning to the chart include Vol. 12 of Solo Leveling, Vol. 1 of Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Part 7, and Vol. 18 of Chainsaw Man. Vol. 25 of Jujutsu Kaisen, a March release, is in fourth place and has been in the Top 20 since it was released (see "May 2025 Circana BookScan").
The one American May release returning to the chart in June is Alison Bechdel’s Spent. Bechdel’s fandom reaches far beyond the comics world, so that's not surprising. Two other May releases, Vol. 8 of Lore Olympus (in hardcover and paperback) and Vol. 12 of Saga have dropped off the chart.
June releases on the chart include Vol. 14 of My Hero Academia, Vol. 13 of Dandadan, Vol. 13 of Kaiju No. 8, and Vol. 19 of Blue Lock. There are a lot of first volumes in the Top 20 as well, indicating that new readers are still coming to these series.
