Ted Adams of IDW Publishing has informed ICv2 that IDW has managed to include inserts promoting the publisher's three major tie-in graphic novels in all of the 30 Days of Night DVDs (except those destined for Wal-Mart).  The DVD was just announced for a February 26th release (see '30 Days of Night DVD').  The insert also touts IDW's 30 Days of Night Screenplay volume and includes the Comic Shop Locator Service number so fans of the movie can find their nearest comic book shop.

The DVD promotion caps a very strong symbiotic relationship between the movie and its source material, IDW's graphic novels (written by Steve Niles, see '30 Days of Night Poster Flogs GN').
