Huntik:  Secrets & Seekers, the new property from Big Bocca Productions and Upper Deck Entertainment, has been selected as one of six finalists in the MIPCOM Junior Licensing Challenge, a juried award for the best children’s TV property (see “Upper Deck Debuts Huntik:  Secrets & Seekers”),  Huntik is one of six finalists from 84 entrants.  The winner will be chosen based on uniqueness of the property, distribution plans, licensing and merchandising potential, and suitability for the audience.

MIPCOM Junior will be held in Cannes next week.

The Huntik animated TV show will premiere on CW4Kids in January; it’s also been sold in Italy and Germany.  The Upper Deck Huntik CCG will launch in March (see “Huntik CCG Due in March”).
