Platinum Studios has announced a $5 financing agreement with Dutchess Opportunity Fund.  The agreement provides that Platinum can sell up to $5 million worth of common shares to Dutchess during the 36-month term of the agreement. 

At the current market cap and if the stock is sold at the publicly traded prices, the full $5 million would represent around a quarter of the company.

Platinum raised around $1 million in a private offering in December. 

Platinum’s Dead of Night, based on Dylan Dog (see “From Superman to Dylan Dog”), is due for release this year.
