After hosting nearly 100,000 fans professionals and exhibitors in 2010, the New York Comic Con is expanding to four days for 2011 show, which will be held from Thursday October 13th through Sunday October 16th. The show will be open to the public for three full days (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday).
The show’s extra day of operation will begin at noon on Thursday with additional academic programming followed by a “Preview Night” on the show floor on Thursday from 4pm to 7pm. The NYCC will be selling 10,000 4-day passes, which will allow fans access to the “Preview Night” festivities along with professionals and exhibitors. No single-day passes will be sold for the Thursday “Preview Night” event.
NYCC’s 4-day passes, along with 3-day passes and single-day passes for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will go on sales at the NYCC Website on February 7th at noon Eastern Time.
