Konami Digial Entertainment will release Yu-Gi-Oh! Hidden Arsenal 5: Steelswarm Invasion, with 60 all-foil cards previously only available from Duel Terminals, on December 6th.  Five card packs will include cards from 20 Secret Rare and 40 Super Rare cards in the set.  Six entirely new monster families, including the Steelswarm, will be included.
